Davis founded and led Decolonize Design, a boutique consulting firm with clients spanning the nonprofit sector and Fortune 500 companies. She created the Belonging, Dignity, Justice, and Joy (BDJJ) framework as an alternative to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
